Coincidentally, Meghan Markle's legal drama "Suits" arrives on Netflix on June 17th, coinciding with King Charles III's birthday parade, Trooping the Colour. This allows the Duchess of Sussex to enjoy her former show from her California residence, especially as reports suggest she and Prince Harry haven't received an invitation to the royal event. This is in contrast to their quiet attendance at Queen Elizabeth II's final Trooping the Colour during her Platinum Jubilee last summer.

Netflix announced the arrival of "Suits" in late May. Markle, known for her portrayal of Rachel Zane, starred in the series from 2011 to 2018 before retiring from acting to marry Prince Harry.

Although Markle's character was written off after season seven due to her engagement, all nine seasons of "Suits" will be available for streaming, offering an alternative to Charles' royal celebration. This year's Trooping the Colour is particularly significant as it's the first since Charles' ascension to the throne and one of the first major royal events since his coronation, which Harry attended solo while Markle remained in California with their children.

Adding to the event's significance, Charles will revive the tradition of the monarch riding on horseback, a practice not seen since 1986.
