Former President Donald Trump recently revealed three significant additions to his team. He nominated Judge Jason Reding Quiñones for U.S. Attorney of the Southern District of Florida, highlighting Quiñones's background as a former federal prosecutor, Justice Department National Security Official, current state trial judge, and Air Force Reserve Lieutenant Colonel. Trump emphasized that Quiñones will prioritize law and order, focusing on prosecuting violent crime.

In addition, Jim Byron has been appointed Senior Advisor to the Acting National Archivist at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). Trump noted Byron's prior experience with NARA and his understanding of preserving historical records. Byron will oversee daily operations as the search for a permanent archivist continues.

Finally, John Jovanovic has been nominated as Chairman and CEO of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM). Trump praised Jovanovic's expertise in finance, investment, and business development, particularly in the energy, commodities, and critical infrastructure sectors. He expressed confidence that Jovanovic will bolster American energy and manufacturing dominance. A Wharton School and Princeton University graduate, Jovanovic's background positions him to protect gains from tariff policies, ensure fair treatment for American exports, and prioritize American companies and energy exports.
