During his last days in office, former President Joe Biden issued numerous pardons. Notably absent from this list were individuals involved in legal proceedings against former President Donald Trump, including Special Counsel Jack Smith and others Trump has publicly criticized. Trump has consistently accused figures like Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, New York Judge Juan Merchan, and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis of unfairly targeting him.
Jack Smith

Jack Smith, who led two federal cases against Trump before resigning, was a frequent target of Trump's criticism, often being labeled "Deranged Jack Smith." In a report released prior to Trump's inauguration, Smith maintained that prosecuting Trump was necessary due to his actions following the 2020 election and his handling of classified documents.
Alvin Bragg

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who oversaw the case resulting in Trump's conviction for falsifying business records, also faced Trump's public condemnation on platforms like Truth Social, where Trump referred to him with derogatory terms.
Juan Merchan

Judge Juan Merchan, who presided over Trump's New York criminal trial, also drew sharp criticism from Trump, who accused him of bias and attempting to manipulate the trial. Merchan sentenced Trump to an unconditional discharge before Trump's inauguration.
Fani Willis

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, disqualified by the Georgia Court of Appeals from an election interference case involving Trump, also faced Trump's criticism. Trump questioned the legitimacy of the case continuing under different leadership after Willis's disqualification.
