During the flight, Dhillon, seated next to a woman caring for her infant, allegedly touched her inappropriately in the thigh and groin area. The woman verbally protested, drawing attention to the situation. A second female passenger, seated across the aisle, also accused Dhillon of touching her inappropriately. Flight attendants intervened, relocating Dhillon to another section of the aircraft. Upon arrival in Boston, Dhillon was apprehended by authorities.
