His final college game saw the Crimson Tide lose to Michigan in the ReliaQuest Bowl. Milroe's performance in the game was subdued, completing 16 of 32 passes for 194 yards and rushing for only four yards. Over his 38-game career at Alabama, Milroe maintained a 64.3% completion rate, throwing for 6,016 yards, 45 touchdowns, and 20 interceptions. His rushing stats include 1,577 yards and 33 touchdowns.
