Several undrafted NBA players are making waves at the Las Vegas Summer League, demonstrating their talent and potential. Leading the charge is Memphis Grizzlies forward Kenneth Lofton Jr., who went undrafted in 2022. Lofton has been dominant, averaging an impressive 20.7 points and 6.7 rebounds over three games, boasting a remarkable 58% field goal percentage. His powerful 6-foot-6, 275-pound frame allows him to control the paint and score seemingly at will.
Lofton's journey is a testament to his hard work and dedication. After earning G-League Rookie of the Year honors with the Memphis Hustle, he secured a two-way contract that was later converted to a standard NBA deal. He even showcased his scoring prowess during the regular season, dropping 42 points and grabbing 14 rebounds against the Oklahoma City Thunder in the Grizzlies' final game.

In Las Vegas, Lofton continued his strong performance, putting up 23 points against the Chicago Bulls and following that with a 24-point, 10-rebound effort against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Lofton isn't the only undrafted player turning heads. Golden State Warriors guard Lester Quinones, who went undrafted in 2022 out of Memphis, is currently the third-highest scorer in the Summer League, averaging 24 points per game.
Other notable performers include Chicago Bulls guard Javon Freeman-Liberty (undrafted, DePaul, 2022), averaging 21.3 points, 5.0 assists, and 4.3 rebounds; Minnesota Timberwolves guard Brandon Williams (undrafted, Arizona, 2021), averaging 21.3 points and 4.7 assists with a 54% field goal percentage; Portland Trail Blazers guard Michael Devoe (undrafted, Georgia Tech, 2022), who exploded for 29 points against the San Antonio Spurs and is averaging 20.5 points and six assists while shooting 58% from the field; and Los Angeles Clippers guard Xavier Moon (undrafted, Morehead State, 2017), averaging 20 points and shooting a scorching 61% from three-point range.
