Amidst his ongoing recovery from a medical issue, Jamie Foxx recently demonstrated a heartwarming act of kindness by returning a lost purse to its owner in Chicago. Terri "Queeni" Glen, the grateful recipient, recounted the surprising encounter to Fox News Digital.

Glen, who was in Chicago supporting her sister battling breast cancer, was initially unaware of her missing purse. She described hearing a car horn and her sister pointing out Foxx's black town car. To her astonishment, Foxx emerged from the vehicle holding her purse. "I immediately knew it was my bag," Glen shared. "And I'm like, ‘My bag?’ I said ‘Jamie?’. I knew it was him immediately."

Recalling the events, Glen believes she may have dropped the purse while walking near Foxx's car earlier. She had been filming the Chicago scenery from a pedicab with her sisters. When she realized it was Foxx, she asked for a hug and inquired about his well-being. Glen recounted, "I ran around the bicycle and I said, ‘Can I have a hug?' And 'Are you all right? Do you feel good?’ Like, I didn't get to get a picture and I didn't even know I had the video."

Foxx reassured her, saying, "I feel good." Glen noted he seemed genuinely appreciative of her concern for his health, rather than a request for a photo. She also observed that Foxx's speech was clear and he appeared "strong and well." She described him "hopping" out of the car with ease, further emphasizing his seemingly good health.

Glen shared a video of the encounter and expressed hope that Foxx wouldn't mind, acknowledging the prevalence of social media sharing. She reasoned that someone in Foxx's entourage could have returned the purse if they were concerned about publicity. A source close to Foxx confirmed his presence in the vehicle.

This incident follows Foxx's first public appearance since his hospitalization, where he was seen on a boat in the Chicago River. This positive interaction further reinforces the actor's recovery journey.
