A Maryland woman has reported being sexually assaulted by a man posing as an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer. The suspect, 26-year-old Victor Antonio Reed, allegedly used threats of deportation and displayed a firearm to coerce the victim.
Reed is currently in custody facing eleven charges, including first and second-degree rape, impersonating a law enforcement officer, armed robbery, and theft. The incident took place on Tuesday evening in a parking lot in Oxon Hill, Maryland.

According to the victim's account, Reed approached her, displayed a badge, and claimed to be an ICE agent. He then ordered her into his vehicle, threatening deportation if she refused. Once inside, he reportedly showed her videos of ICE arrests, further intensifying her fear. The victim pleaded with him, even offering money to avoid deportation.
Reed accepted $100 from the victim but demanded further compliance to avoid deportation. He allegedly pointed to a gun in the backseat before sexually assaulting her. After the assault, he allowed her to leave the vehicle, and she immediately contacted the police.

Investigators used surveillance footage and images of Reed's car to identify him. He was apprehended during a traffic stop on Thursday, and the victim subsequently identified him in a photo lineup.
