According to Chief McManus, SWAT arrived after all seven officers had been shot. An apartment complex resident, Joseph Loredo, witnessed the unfolding events and captured video footage of the exchange of gunfire. He recounted seeing one officer with what appeared to be a leg wound being treated with a tourniquet and then moved to safety.
