Following a Fourth of July celebration in Fort Worth, Texas, a shooting incident resulted in the tragic loss of three lives and injuries to eight others. Two individuals, Christopher Redic (20) and Brandon Williams (19), have been apprehended and are facing murder charges according to FOX Dallas. The shooting took place on Horne Street where gunfire erupted amidst a large crowd. The victims who lost their lives have been identified as 22-year-old Cynthia Santos, and 18-year-olds Paul Willis and Gabriella Navarrete. One witness recounted shielding his daughter from the hail of bullets, suffering injuries in the process. While the shooting occurred just two hours after the annual ComoFest celebration, community leaders have stated that the two events were not related. A press conference regarding the arrests is anticipated.
