Three affluent brothers, Tal (38), Oren (37), and Alon Alexander (37), are facing serious accusations of drugging, sexually assaulting, and raping numerous women across multiple states. New video evidence has surfaced, further intensifying the gravity of the allegations against them.
The Alexander brothers, two of whom are prominent real estate brokers in New York and Miami, were arrested in Miami Beach on December 11th and subsequently transferred to federal custody. Authorities have interviewed over 40 women who claim to have been forcibly raped or sexually assaulted by at least one of the brothers. In many instances, the victims report being drugged before the alleged assaults.

Prosecutors successfully argued against granting bail, citing the brothers' extensive international connections and the substantial risk of flight. The judge deemed the evidence compelling and considered the brothers a danger to the community, particularly to women.
A search of Tal Alexander's Manhattan apartment yielded multiple hard drives, one containing a significant amount of sexually explicit videos and pictures. The apartment was previously shared with Oren, and the incriminating material appeared to be connected to him. The videos reportedly depict the brothers and others recording themselves with intoxicated and undressed women, some of whom seem unaware of being filmed and react with distress upon realizing it. Other videos allegedly show the brothers engaging in sexual acts with women who appear to be heavily intoxicated or incapacitated, sometimes involving physical manipulation.

This new evidence underscores the severity of the accusations and the potential danger posed by the brothers. Prosecutors argue that the recent discovery of the videos suggests ongoing criminal behavior. The defense maintains that all relationships were consensual, questioning the context and timing of the videos. However, the judge interpreted the women's apparent incapacitation in the videos as indicative of rape.

The brothers face charges of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. The alleged conspiracy dates back to at least 2010, but prosecutors believe the pattern of abuse spans over two decades. Oren and Tal Alexander co-founded a luxury real estate firm with a high-profile clientele. Alon Alexander did not work in real estate but socialized with his brothers. The brothers remain in custody in Florida and are expected to be transferred to a New York detention center. The next hearing is scheduled for January 29th.
