The comedian then turned his attention to Democratic representatives who had vehemently defended the rule of law, such as Rep. Jamie Raskin, contrasting their past pronouncements with the current situation. Stewart argued that Democrats frequently establish purity tests they themselves fail to meet, citing Biden's interaction with the Saudi crown prince and the classified documents scandal as further examples. He concluded that the disconnect between Democrats' stated ideals and their actions fuels public perception of a rigged system. Stewart urged those in power to use their influence to benefit everyone, not just family members, emphasizing that all citizens deserve a fair chance.
