A startling incident unfolded at the Four Seasons Diner Restaurant in Philadelphia on Friday when debris from a nearby plane crash hurtled through a window, striking a patron in the head. Security camera footage captured the moment the object entered the diner, sending patrons scrambling for safety. The injured man clutched his head as his hat flew off. A diner employee confirmed the incident to FOX5 Philadelphia, reporting that the object struck the customer's head. While the man sustained a head injury and noticeable bleeding, another employee informed WPVI-TV that he appeared to be recovering. The Learjet 55 medevac jet crashed near Roosevelt Mall around 6:30 p.m., resulting in seven fatalities and 22 injuries. The aircraft was en route to Missouri for refueling before continuing to Mexico. Among those on board were four crew members, a young girl, and her mother. A spokesperson for Jet Air Ambulance told Fox News Digital that a passenger on the flight was a Mexican citizen seeking medical treatment in the U.S. As of Sunday, Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker confirmed 22 injuries, with three individuals in critical condition, and announced that a seventh victim, who was in a car at the time of the crash, had perished. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) recovered the cockpit voice recorder and the aircraft's enhanced ground proximity warning system, both of which may contain crucial flight data.
